The variety of recipes, ranging from scones to mussels to roasted lamb, demonstrates the epicurean diversity that can be found when dining in town. The restaurants included within these pages have all become an important part of Portsmouth. While some places have been providing signature dishes for over 25 years, other restaurants have recently arrived and are introducing patrons to new ideas and cuisines.
