We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. All transactions placed online are secure, using current technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. We do not store any credit credit card information.
All orders ship from Portsmouth, NH using USPS or Fedex. We offer standard and expedited shipping for orders. The rates are determined during the checkout process. There is a small handling charge for shipping materials.
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Be sure to include the original order number with the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee may apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must notify merchant of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
